Longer Term Support For Your Team

HomePD OptionsLong Term Support

We welcome invitations to work longer-term with staff in schools, preschools, and colleges. In the last 15 years, we have supported more than 450 districts, networks, and individual organisations in 11 countries.

We do not have any off-the-shelf programmes. Instead, we take time to understand your context and then design a process to help you best achieve your aims. Most projects run for 12-36 months.

Our team is committed to evidence-led, contextualised approaches to education. We avoid quick fixes and pre-determined, externally imposed ‘solutions’ in favour of learner agency (staff and students) and a focus on surface to deep learning through the Learning Pit.

Our team is committed to evidence-led, contextualised approaches to education. We avoid quick fixes and pre-determined, externally imposed ‘solutions’ in favour of learner agency (staff and students) and a focus on surface to deep learning through the Learning Pit.

Shared characteristics of all current and past projects include:

In-depth process: we don’t just inspire (although that’s our starting point), our longer-term projects also build capacity; coach staff; demonstrate outstanding practice; collect evidence and provide reports – so that your whole team aligns towards yourvision of excellence.

Noticeable & significant gains: we have a wide range of independent evaluations showing significant gains in professional engagement; student attendance, achievement, and well-being; and healthier attitudes towards challenge, progress, curiosity, and collective efficacy.

Value for money: as a by-product of our work to strengthen learning cultures, every organisation we’ve worked with have saved money because of reduced staff absence, improved recruitment, and increased student numbers. Spend money with us and you’ll save even more (as well as improve the learning experiences for all students!)
