    Common Questions & Answers

Why Can’t I Access My Account?

Please check that you have signed in properly (sorry to sound patronising!) If you have forgotten your password, then click the ‘Lost Your Password’ link above. If that still doesn’t work, then contact our head office in the UK or use the Live Chat on this site to request further assistance.

Do I Get Free Membership If I Work in a School Doing a CLP?

Generally, yes. Please ask your principal or project lead to get in contact with the Challenging Learning’s consultant most closely linked to your project.

Can I Share the Resources and Graphics Accessible on This Site?

We very much hope that you will use our lesson ideas, resources, and Learning Pit graphics with your students. However, the normal copyright laws and expectations exist, meaning you must NOT sell or distribute these materials beyond your school without the written consent of Challenging Learning Ltd.

How Long Does My Membership Last?

Membership rights typically last for 12 months, after which you will be invited to renew your subscription. Exceptions to this rule include – if you are a member of staff in a school, district or region going through a CLP (Challenging Learning Process); in this case, your membership will typically last the duration of the CLP (2-4 years). Conversely, if you leave a school or district involved in a CLP then your membership rights will pass to your replacement rather than travel with you to your new job / happy retirement.

Why Can't I access the Podcast section?
